Well for heroes the healer won't matter because half the time it'll be holding the health pot. The curses necromancer if you have one can just have a 40/40 curse set and then you can have the 40/40 death magic set for the minion bomber.

In all honesty it isn't gonna make a "game breaking" difference if you just gave them any old staff that had energy. But it'll give you a little boost.

It can make a slight difference to run a 20% enchanting mod on the N/Mo using aegis and prot spirit. For the 2 N/Rts just about anything will work, but its probably best to go with extra armor/health or 40/40 sets. Good hunting.

Or you can run Spear+Shield sets.

My discord N/Mo MM has a 40/40 death set. The N/Rt curser has a 20/20 curses staff and the N/Rt healer has a soul reaping staff. I chose equipment that I don't have to bother swapping when I change hero builds to non-discord setups, since I sometimes need a regular MM, a non-discord curses hero, or sometimes even a blood hero. Pure laziness, but it works fine because the curser and the healer both carry PwK most of the time when set up for discord, making their equipment largely irrelevant.

I generally use Woe Spreaders for all 3 as they are easy to farm and cheap to buy if I don't want to farm them.

If you really want the best you can get for Discordway, then 40/40 Restoration set for Life Resto and Curse Resto, and +30hp Spear/Shield or 40/40 Death Magic Set for Sorrow Discord. Otherwise, any staff would work.

only the N/Mo should need a decent wep set, some kinda death 20% ench staff would be nice, the N/Rts just can have any bog stadard thing sice they'll be holding ashes most of the time.

I also prefer using +health staves on the necro heroes.
